 Cara empowers others to follow their unique drive in life and coaches them to pursue their passion with confidence.  Starting as a model/actress in her early teens, she has over 27 years in the industry with her experience spanning many aspects of the modeling and talent fields. She has produced and choreographed over 100 fashion shows and has held various industry positions including: Agency Director at Hoffman International Modeling Agency, Booking Agent, New Faces Director, Professional Course Instructor, and Senior Talent Scout.

Cara is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a background of more than 20 years in personal development coaching and consulting. Her experience in holistic health enhances her ability to help models and actors address all aspects of their development in the industry while leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  She works with inexperienced as well as seasoned talent to develop and refine skills for runway, photo movement, auditions and all aspects of the modeling profession in preparation for bookings and careers…and life.

Cara is passionate about helping others feel and look their best through personal development and embracing a strong sense of self.  She believes that modeling coaching reaches far beyond the industry and that one’s self development makes a lasting impact on their daily life, for the rest of their life.
