Noelle Manica has been an agency-represented model for more than 25 years, and was most recently represented by five modeling agencies simultaneously across the US. Her experience covers the areas of runway, editorial, commercial, on-camera and voice-over acting. Her current Pilates training (12 years and counting) and prior 10 years of competitive Scottish Highland dance training provide her with a strong background in body awareness and movement. Her 15+ years in corporate marketing, advertising and sponsorships give her a unique perspective for successful branding and promotion.
While in highschool, Noelle was scouted at a model competition in Houston, Texas, and signed by Intermedia/Page Parkes. She really started her modeling career working closely with Chloe Dao, a fashion designer in Houston and the winner of Project Runway's 2nd season. She was signed by Exposure Model & Talent when she moved to Kansas City in 2003, and was also signed with Talent Unlimited before signing with Voices&; with West Model & Talent Management in St. Louis, MO; with TNG Agency in Las Vegas, NV; with The Rock Agency in Chicago, IL and Madison, WI; and with Amax Talent in Nashville, TN. She has walked in Paris Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, NYFW, and Miami Swim Week, as well as local and regional shows such as Kansas City Fashion Week, Omaha Fashion Week, West 18th Street Fashion Show, Local Runway, The KRITIQ Fashion Show, and unBridal. In addition to being a professional model, Noelle served as Model Director for Kansas City Fashion Week for five seasons, as Runway Choreographer for Fashion Week Studio for two seasons, and was on the Board for The Fashion Group International of Kansas City.
Realizing how fortunate she has been to have enjoyed such a long tenure in the industry, as well as all of the amazing opportunities that she has experienced, Noelle was motivated and inspired to create The Model Board in 2018. Her mission has been to offer reliable and reputable model development and mentoring to local and area talent who want to further their careers and opportunities in the industry. She has included other highly experienced industry professionals who share the same vision and have the same passion to help others succeed.
