Michal is the owner/operator of Fasone and Partners, a full-service advertising agency based in Kansas City, Missouri. With over 27 years of experience in the advertising industry, Michal has built a career defined by creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of what moves audiences.

Before stepping behind the scenes, Michal spent time in front of the camera as on-screen and voice talent for short-form videos, television, and radio commercials. That early passion for performance and storytelling naturally evolved into a career in advertising—where he continues to help brands craft compelling narratives that connect and inspire.  Under his leadership, Fasone and Partners has become known for its collaborative approach, innovative campaigns, and dedication to delivering results that matter. 

Working one on one, Michal will help his students find their voice and their niche so that they can really stand out among the sea of talent on their agency rosters.
